About Me
- Lisa Keating, LMP & NC
- My interests in health and wellness started in my early twenties due to the lack of health insurance for ten years. I quickly realized I needed to learn how not to get sick. My initial interests were in herbs and gardening. Once I enrolled in massage school, my understanding of health grew tremendously. It is my personal belief that if more of us understood HOW our bodies work the healthier we would be.
